Showroom Manager

As a Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 2 Showroom Consultants that are focused on trade counter sales and customer service.

You will manage the day-to-day running of the Showroom, coordinating in-store advertising, promotions, merchandising, and displays. Your responsibilities will include product ordering and liaising with the Inventory team to ensure sufficient stock is available, monitoring stock, and managing cycle counts. You will oversee the induction of new team members, training, and Health and Safety of the team.

This is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours a week, working Monday to Friday.

About You:

1. Retail Management background with a proven track record for driving sales and leading a team
2. A motivated, self-driven worker, with the skill to work proactively, independently, and under pressure
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to delegate appropriately
4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport to support our valued customers
5. Positive and outgoing personality to enjoy a varied role within a fast-paced environment and be able to pivot when needed
6. Effective time management, organization, and planning skills
7. Customer-centric with a passion for exceptional service
