We are looking for a rockstar to be the Centre Manager of the first P3 Recovery Centre in NZ The leading Gold Coast recovery and wellbeing brand is quickly growing across Australasia, with Mount Maunganui the first NZ city to experience the P3 Recovery difference.

Purpose of Role:

You will be the face and driving force behind our Mt Maunganui Recovery Centre. The Centre Manager will oversee the daily operations of a P3 Recovery Centre, including managing staff, growing sales, maintaining inventory, handling finances, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

About the Role:

Daily Operations:

  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Maintain inventory levels through timely orders and supplier relationships.
  • Handle banking and financial record reconciliation.
  • Develop staff rosters for adequate coverage.

Customer Interaction:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Oversee membership sales and billing, working with the finance team.

Facility Maintenance:

  • Coordinate maintenance tasks and repairs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and implement hygiene protocols.

Sales and Marketing:

  • Help achieve membership sales targets with effective sales strategies.
  • Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers.
  • Build community relationships and partnerships.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead recruitment and provide training for staff.
  • Set and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify and address workplace risks.
  • Follow workplace policies and notify relevant parties of any deviations.

About You:

Experience:

  • Experience in managing day-to-day business operations, preferably in health and wellness (e.g., gyms, pool centres, studios).
  • Strong customer service background in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sales background and keenness to drive this.
  • Interest in health, wellness, and recovery.
  • Exceptional customer service skills across various channels.
