As a Senior Lead at FIRST Security, you will:

  1. Lead and motivate a diverse team of security professionals.
  2. Provide day-to-day support, perform security patrols, and oversee site operations ensuring key KPIs are delivered.
  3. Build and foster strong relationships with clients and partner agencies while maintaining the highest security standards.
  4. Oversee incident reports, quality assurance, and continuous improvement processes.
  5. Drive team development through training, feedback, and coaching, ensuring we uphold our values of service and reliability.

We’re looking for someone who:

  1. Has 3+ years’ leadership experience (preferred) or a strong desire to grow in a senior role.
  2. Experience within the security industry, disciplined environments or construction industry highly desired.
  3. Has excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate a team.
  4. Holds a current COA or is willing to gain one.
  5. Possesses a full driver’s licence and reliable transport.
  6. Can pass a Ministry of Justice Criminal Convictions check .
