Facilities Manager St Andrews Village is looking for a senior manager to join our Executive Team to provide strategic leadership to develop long-term infrastructure plans that align with St Andrews aspirations and lead transformation initiatives to address infrastructure challenges.  We are looking for a leader with: Tertiary qualification in Asset/Facilities management or a related field and 5-8 years minimum appropriate experience.Experience in the analysis and presentation of information.In depth knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, particularly the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.Proven ability to lead, manage and delegate effectively.High level knowledge in the relevant legislation and successful track record. Advanced user of Microsoft suite.Advanced user of asset management software.Experience working within a legislative and regulatory framework.Experience initiating and leading change to achieve organisation goals. We are looking for you to bring • The usual project management toolkit, including budget/cost management, risk management, contract management etc. • Experience in construction • Willingness to promote an energised culture focused on collaborative working in the interests of St Andrews as a whole. • The ability to develop business cases and coach others to do the same • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills • Develop and administer HSE education and safety programs • Provide integrated overall operational safety, risk and assurance management advice, expertise and support across St Andrews Village. • Good commercial acumen and an understanding of sound contract and procurement practices • A pragmatic and flexible approach Applicants must be eligible to work in New Zealand, with no restrictions.
