Are you a self-motivated person with tyre experience who is looking to join a well-known Kiwi brand?Take charge of your own tyre van, servicing the Auckland region.Here at Tony's Tyre and Auto Care we have been keeping Kiwi's moving for over 40 yearsWe are founded on providing exceptional customer service, the highest standards of professionalism and being your one-stop shop for all your car care needs.With over 40 locations nationwide and our mobile van services in Auckland, we have become a name that Kiwis can trust for reliable repairs, vehicle servicing and automotive maintenance.The Role This is a unique role where you will be responsible for the Mobile Tyre Van and managing your own workload as well as the profitability and sales completed by the van.You will be required to perform tyre services on our client's vehicles as per Tony's Tyres Service levels and will need to be adaptable and willing to service customers across the Auckland region.To be successful you will need: A full, clean NZ Driver's License and ability to drive a manual car Tyre industry experience, with the ability to perform tyre services to customer vehicles in a safe and professional manner Excellent work ethic, reliability and hardworking attitude A knack for identifying sales and upselling opportunities Experience dealing with customers and with providing quotes, invoices and collecting payments The ability to work independently, as well as computer literate and able to operate p/c tablet systems In return we can offer you: Competitive pay and benefits Generous staff buying privileges and discounts Uniform, trade tools and ongoing training given Company vehicle and fuel card Latest state of the art equipment Please Note : As we are committed to ensuring a safe and healthy work environment, you will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical and drug screening test.Applicants for this position must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
