Our client, a high end full service law firm, are looking for an astute corporate and commercial lawyer with 3-6 years PQE to join their energetic team.
With a reputation for delivering tailored, practical solutions, the team is known for its expertise, professionalism, and commitment to excellence, making them a trusted partner for businesses both locally and internationally.
This role will see you exposed to a variety of high-level corporate advisory matters, including merger and acquisition transactions, capital raising, joint ventures, management buy-out arrangements, corporate structuring, corporate finance and providing strategic advice to growing businesses, along with general commercial contract drafting and negotiations.
You will therefore require a solid understanding of commercial law, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Clients will include a mix of local and international businesses (privately owned and listed), start up and growing enterprise, and entrepreneurial and private clients across a range of industry sectors.
You will need to be the consummate team player, have an enquiring mind and genuinely interested in what's happening in consumer markets.
Most of all you will be a positive team member, enthusiastic and passionate about your work.
It goes without saying you will have exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
