Part Time FTE) Fixed Term OpportunityMonday- FridayKidz First Children's Hospital is looking for a dynamic nurse to assist in scoping, planning, development and implementation of research trials as part of the Kidz First research team.This position will be responsible for the successful implementation of both pharmaceutical and investigator initiated clinical research trials at Kidz First Children's Hospital and Community services.This includes the recruitment and regular contact with study participants.We have a part time fixed term position available, with the working hours being predominantly Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend work may be required.In this role you will : Assist in the development of research planning in Kidz FirstParticipate in both pharmaceutical and investigator initiated clinical research trialsParticipate in the recruitment of children and their families for research studiesUtilising nursing and research knowledge to provide clinical expertise and case management for patients and their families involved in research studies at Kidz First. Essential NZ Registered Nurse with a Current Practicing Certificate3 years post registration paediatric nursing experience in New ZealandExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent computer and administration skills Desired Achieved or working towards Post Graduate QualificationExperience in working in a multi-disciplinary teamAdvanced Paediatric Nursing assessment skillsExperience in undertaking clinical research studies from conception to completion#J-18808-Ljbffr
