The Role
- Represent the needs of Toyota NZ’s data landscape in solution design processes.
- Design and document business solutions aligned with Toyota NZ’s architectural standards and a TOGAF approach.
- Collaborate on solutions to complex business challenges, ensuring alignment between business requirements and our data systems.
- Lead initiatives to improve data governance and quality, advocating for master data management across the organization.
- Manage or participate in projects to design, test, and implement new systems, ensuring master data alignment.
- Tackle data migration activities, analysing and resolving data-related issues.
What You’ll Bring
- A tertiary qualification in information management, data management, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience in data security, SQL analysis, and managing data sets and relationships.
- Strong skills in data modelling, database optimization, and business intelligence tools (particularly the Microsoft BI stack).
- Proven ability to progress data governance frameworks within organizations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong time management abilities and a focus on meeting deadlines.
