**Customer Service Officer**

**About you**
- Experience in administration, a customer service centre or in a customer-facing role
- Skilled at listening and questioning to get to the core of an issue to provide accurate information and support
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to communicate with a diverse range of people and convey technical information in an understandable manner
- Ability to operate effectively in a digital environment with a wide range of technology systems and tools
- Committed to continuous personal learning and growth
