As an Electrical Fitter with our Rotorua team, your safety and that of others around you is your number one priority. You’ll be joining an experienced team where you will be carrying out the installation, replacement and maintenance of Low Voltage and High Voltage electrical equipment on electricity Transmission networks. Tasks include maintenance of 11KV, 33KV, 110KV, and 220KV Transformers, disconnectors, earth switches, CT’s, VT’s and circuit breakers, electrical testing, and equipment switching to isolate or restore electrical equipment to service.**What we’re offering**

**Who we’re looking for**
To be considered for this role we’re looking for someone who has solid electrical experience. Previous Transmission or Distribution experience is not necessary as all training is provided. You will need to have EWRB registration and a current practising licence.
- You will need to demonstrate the following:
- Knowledge and experience working in a related industry
- Logical thinking and problem solving ability
- Ability to cope with the physical demands of the job
- Great verbal and written communication skills, with basic technology knowledge
- A strong commitment to health and safety
- A great attitude and a willingness to be part of a team
- Class 1 driver’s license
