The Reception Supervisor will take a leading role in the delivery of front-line reception services at the Kennedy Park Resort, ensuring that all enquiries, booking, reservations and face to face interactions with customers are carried out effectively, courteously, and in accordance with the procedures established by Kennedy Park Resort and Napier City Council.

As a Reception Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our front desk and reception area. You will lead a team of receptionists and ensure that our guests receive the highest level of service from the moment they arrive. You will have excellent people management skills and will be well accustomed to problem solving and dealing with issues as they arise.

**Requirements**:
Ideally you will have a strong knowledge of the tourism and travel industry, and will have led teams in a busy customer service environment.
