This senior role reports to the Site Manager, and will have direct responsibility for 8 forklift operators including managing training, performance management and recruitment as required.

This is a full time permanent role based at our Super Kitchen site in Awatoto. It’s a hands on role, generally working Monday to Friday, although as our site runs 24/7, you will need to be flexible to ensure the smooth running of the site.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensure accurate and timely order loading and container shipments, achieving DIFOT (Delivery in Full, On Time)
- Manage the Crown contract for Awatoto sites and Infolink asset monitoring
- Oversee weekly stocktakes and ensure inventory accuracy
- Lead the team with rostering, training, and development while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and environmental regulations.

**Key requirements**:

- Commercially minded with a professional manner
- Experience in a similar role at a similar level
- Knowledge of ERP systems (we use ABEL)
- Positive outlook with a drive for continuous improvement
