Thai Cooks

We are looking for two Thai Cooks to join our team.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of related work experience, OR
- At least NZ Register Level 4 qualification may substitute for the experience (overseas qualifications must be comparable to the standard of the New Zealand qualification), OR
- The National Skill Standard Testing Level 1 (Thai Cook) from Thailand
- Knowledge of Thai food ingredients
- Knowledge of Thai food cooking techniques

**Job Descriptions**
- Check all Thai ingredients and food materials to ensure the quality
- Check all cooking equipment to ensure that it works and safe
- Prepare and cook Thai food according to the menu
- Prepare and cook Thai food to meet special dietary when required
- Portion food and place it on plates
- Store food and ingredients properly

**Other details**
- This is a full-time and permanent position
- Wage payment is $29.66 per hour, and you will be paid weekly
- Holiday pay and sick leave will be paid according to the law
- You will be working at 240 Stanmore Road, Richmond, Christchurch
- We are open from Tuesday to Saturday, Lunch 11.30 am - 2.00 pm, Tuesday to Sunday, Dinner 4.00 pm - 9.00 pm
- You will work according to a roaster 5 - 6 days each week with a guarantee of 30 hours (a maximum of 48 hours)
