The purpose of the Finance Business Partner is to participate in the financial planning and reporting activities for the NZ Tip Top Division. In particular consolidating and preparing management reports, budgets and forecasts for division and head office cost centres, analysing overall Tip Top results based on business drivers and providing meaningful analysis and commentary to assist decision making. The role will be partnering with Marketing, People and Performance, Finance and the NZ divisional office.

In addition, this position will also provide commercial and analytical resource to Tip Top New Zealand marketing team. This role is responsible for analysing financial data, providing meaningful commentary and insights and driving continuous improvements in processes and reporting.

Some of your responsibilities include:

- Perform planning and analysis duties for the annual budget and quarterly forecasting
- Collaborate across the business to achieve alignment and accurate financial reports
- Undertake analysis of overheads, marketing spend & new product development
- Assist in the preparation of the month-end
- Balance Sheet & Working Capital management
- Coaching business partners to build financial acumen capability
- Analyse and interpret financial data and provide insights used to assess present & future performance
- Other ad-hoc tasks as requested

**About You**

You will have at least 2 years’ experience in a financial analyst or equivalent role. You will have advanced Microsoft Excel skills and have the ability to produce high quality value add reports. You will be an effective communicator and someone who ambitious to grow their career in our busy daily fresh FMCG environment.
