A well-established company KOOGA NZ Limited is now enlarging its team to cope with the fast development. We are looking for Graphic Design Artist.

- Job type: Full-time Permanent
- Number of positions for this job: up to 1
- Pay rate: from $29.66 to $35 per hour
- Days required: 5 days/week
- Hours per week: min 30, max 50 hours per week

**Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Manage all the artwork coming into the HQ
- Collaborate with Production Director, Production Support Manager and Customer Sales Support
- Manager to ensure design artwork of the prepared factory order sheets details is accurate
- Ensuring colors of logos and garment fabric all match to customers approval and factory specifications
- Managing and adhering to the Kooga brand guidelines
- Artwork is generated to specific formats for factory processing i.e. Vector logos, PMS/CNYK colors code, sublimation chart
- Designing customer storyboards and/or collections in the pre-sales process
- Designing conceptual artwork for the clients of Kooga for approval
- Designing and creating promotional artwork in all fields of digital media as required by the company
- Assist sales team with graphic designs and artwork approvals
- Assist the Accounts and Administration Manager as required
- Assist in managing website and social media with external provider
- Manage artwork files directory
- Provide sales support for the sales team
- Assist with any trade, club and school registrations and other Kooga NZ events

**Job Requirement**

l Prior five-year work experience or a formal bachelor qualification is required

l A “can-do” attitude

l Have an eye on details

l Self-motivated

l Clean non-criminal record
