We are proud to be supporting the Auckland region with Surfacing and Paving work on a range of projects maintaining and extending roads, bridges and pathways across the network. We require a reliable and motivated crew to help us lead the delivery of these assignments from our Penrose depot.

As part of a cohesive team, you’ll be involved in the laying of a range of bituminous materials on roads across the Auckland network.

Labourers - Hands-on support to the crew - Shovelling, digging, lifting, periods of walking, standing and bending. Training on offer

**Working with a team, you will be**:
Laying and compaction of bituminous materials;
Following asphalt mix designs;
Contributing to a culture that supports zero harm management, and encouraging and rewarding excellence;
The ability to deal with unexpected events and seek guidance in complex situations;
Being a solid, reliable team member who’s open to growth opportunities

Ideally you will have exposure to the wonderful world of Civil Construction and Maintenance with at least one year of relevant experience.
