As our new **Wellbeing Advisor** your will key responsibilities will include:

- Collaborate with the Manager Organisation Design & Development to develop and implement NCC's wellbeing strategy.
- Design and manage a work programme that aligns with NCC's wellbeing strategy, ensuring that the objectives and priorities are clearly communicated and supported by both employees and leaders throughout the organisation.
- Assess and report on workforce wellbeing for inclusion in the monthly People & Capability and Health & Safety Committee reports.
- Partner with the People and Capability Operations Team to support the development of return-to-work programmes following injury or illness.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on resilience and wellbeing development programmes for the executive and leadership teams.
- Oversee contract and relationship management with wellbeing service providers.

**About You**:

- Equivalent to NZQA Diploma Level 6 and/or related experience
- 5 years experience in a Wellbeing role or team that has supported this function
- Demonstrated understanding of NZ Health & Safety legislation.
- Demonstrated planning and project management skills
- High level of skill in facilitation and leading groups.
- Highly developed communication skills including the ability to persuade and influence to obtain optimal outcomes
