**About the role**

As a Sales & Development Executive for ParkMate, you will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of clients as well as identifying and acting on new opportunities within the portfolio or for new clients.

You will work in a highly cross functional business and be collaborating with other business units to deliver seamless digital parking solutions.

On a day to day basis you can expect to:

- Be responsible for key account management and business development functions including relationship management & solution selling.
- Prepare and submit of business development proposals, accurate RFP’s, tenders, and quotations, in a timely manner, focusing on being competitive and staying within budget guidelines.
- Develop and build relationships with stakeholders and customers at all levels, from C level to frontline staff.
- Be a key player in developing a strategy around retention and growing our business portfolio.
- Pro actively connect with existing, new and prospective clients - ensuring you are able to maintain a sales pipeline of the highest quality

About you:

- At least two years of experience in a business development and client relationship related role.
- Experience in technology, SAAS, property or service based sales would be highly advantageous - the ability to communicate what can be complex solutions in simple terms to clients is a must
- Confidence and pro activeness to be able to build strong relationships from scratch with stakeholders and customers.
- High level of competency on Microsoft Office specifically Word and Excel.
- Have well developed communication skills.
- The ability to understand and deliver exceptional customer experiences
