No prior experience is required but it would be an advantage if you had a similar experience.
- On-the-job training will be provided if you are the right Sushi Cook.
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Have passion for the sushi and hospitality.
- Have excellent food hygiene and safety awareness.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the daily smooth operation of the sushi.
- Cutting, slicing, and filleting different types of fish.
- Preparing various types of sushi dishes according to established guidelines on quality, portion size, presentation, and food safety.
- Ensure quality of sushi are always delivered at the highest standard and present to customers in a timely manner.
- Assist chefs in planning sushi menus and creating recipes.
- Assist with stock management, food cost control and monitoring of wastage
- Keep kitchen tidy and clean to meet health and hygiene regulations.
- Manage frozen and fresh food.
