**The Role**
An exciting opportunity has come available for an innovative, hands-on marketing and communications professional to join their family-oriented team based in Mt Wellington. Key to bringing a fresh approach for the business, this role will be the voice of the brand and customer experience through digital channels. Your core duties will be to help develop a digital strategy as well as prepare and design digital content, analyse and report on marketing data and run digital campaigns.

In addition to this, will also work closely with key stakeholders to engage and gather information to support the coordination, preparation, development and delivery of high-quality tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Planning and execute effective SEO and SEM activity to drive traffic to the website
- Building online marketing funnels to create a steady stream of new leads and clients
- Implementation of social media strategy and social media content management plans
- Website and Content Management
- Analyse campaigns, produce reports and use results to support growth on future
- campaigns
- Taking responsibility for the coordination, writing and production of bid submissions for
- contracts, ensuring that all regular requirements are met.
- Managing the editorial process for the bid throughout the tender process including
- presentation quality.
- Working and developing tender documents to win strategies and solutions.
- Create, maintain, and manage systems for all company documentation.

**About You**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing role
- B2B marketing experience preferred
- Hands-on experience of digital marketing technologies
- Excellent skills in writing and editing documentation content
- Superior interpersonal skills and organisational capability
- Positive attitude, self-managing, and customer /client focus
- Curious mindset, keeps up with emerging technologies and new ways of working.
- Pivotal role leading digital marketing and bid writing
- Broad sector exposure; B2B experience highly regarded
- Mt Wellington location; supportive team
