Auckland City, New Zealand Boya Madarin & Culture School Ltd. Full time

Position: Permanent, Full time (minimum 30 hours per week, maximum 35 hours per week).

Pay: minimum $30 per hour, maximum $30.5 per hour.

You will be required to work on different campuses within the Auckland region.

**Tasks Include**:

- Be familiar with the frontier in the educational field by doing research, reading academic journals and attending professional conferences, seminars and courses
- Developing and implementing appropriate curricula, course materials, course content, and teaching approaches that is tailored to the individual and group needs of students
- Connecting with and supporting students alongside other organizations that provide professional performances and exhibitions
- Supporting the success of students by exhibiting their work and organising them for performances and presentations
- Making teaching plans for individual students and groups
- Preparing and presenting material under the guidance of language teaching theories
- Tutoring and assisting with examinations, performance and assessments for students
- Providing learning in a practical way and managing classrooms properly
- Giving assignments according to students’ needs and abilities
- Marking assignments and homeworks and giving feedbacks
- Planning students’ assessments, setting standards and showing support by offering advice, criticism and encouragement

**Position Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in language teaching, language learning or applied linguistics areas.
- Relevant language teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Preferably having professional knowledge of language teaching methodology, with knowledge in educational principle and educational psychology
- Native speaker with perfect pronunciation is preferred
- Be honest, reliable and patient
- Be a good team-player
- Clean driver’s license and drive your own car
