Graphic Design and Video Production Specialist| Fixed Term Contract | Four - Six Months | Fulton Hogan

A rare opportunity has come available within our National Communications and Brand team on a four
- six month fixed-term contract starting immediately. Reporting to our National Communications and Brand Manager NZ you will support and advise our internal and external clients to ensure consistency with our brand guidelines. As our Graphic Design and Video Production Specialist, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts to communicate information for our business through video and photographic content to support our business messaging.

This is a great role for someone who is looking for a flexible fixed-term contract. We would like someone 40 hours per week based in Auckland.

We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, the ability to visually simplify complex topics, a team player, and someone with the ability to engage with a broad range of people from our people on the ground right through to our CEO.

Your days will include, but not be limited to:
- Design, and create print materials aligned with our brand guidelines for internal and external communications including: brochures, booklets, magazines, banners, trade show stand concepts and artwork delivery, newspaper and magazine advertising and merchandise.- Capture professional photography, video and audio content, including interviews and direct-to-camera pieces which promote various successes, events and day-to-day activities.- Using captured content, create storyboards that meet the overarching briefs and edit and produce high-quality video clips.- Maintain, search and retrieve organized content files, and help to organize and archive existing video and graphics files.- Support wider communications team in developing and executing communications plans.

We are looking for a dynamic talented and driven individual- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a graphic design and video production environment.-
- Knowledge of print process and correct file set-up and delivery is essential.- Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (mainly InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and knowledge in Illustrator), Microsoft Office.- Familiarity with best practices for graphic design and video content.- Flexibility in working with new issues, topics, and approaches.- Ability to take a brief and execute end-to-end delivery in a timely manner.
