**The opportunity**
- To deliver the best possible customer experience for TECT Park users.
- To manage and work alongside contractors, consultants, suppliers and non-profit groups to provide a world class recreation facility.
- Deliver a programme of Park maintenance that will include plant pest control, amenity area maintenance, equipment repair and construction of new facilities.
- Assist with developing future maintenance and development plans.
- Contribute to making TECT Park a safe and happy place to work.

**To set you up for success, you'll have**
- Experience and appropriate qualifications for the use of chainsaws & other outdoor power equipment
- Current Full Drivers Licence - Class 1 and the ability to gain Class 2
- Experience and appropriate qualifications in the use of 4WD vehicles, tractors and ATVs.
- Leadership and experience of Safety Management Practices
- Ability to build and maintain relationships and influence outcomes collaboratively.
- Ability to resolve issues and enforce Park rules and regulations.
