We are looking for a BRM Ops for one of our clients in Auckland, New Zealand.

**Short Description**:
Suppose your passion is to work as BRM Ops, working experience in Oracle BRM/BIP Platform in RODOD stack. Then this role is for you.

**Skillset and Experience**:
**Mandatory Skills**:

- Should have hands-on experience in Oracle BRM/BIP Platform in RODOD stack.
- Telecom Experience

**Good to have Skills**:

- Experience in Oracle Telecom PIP - O2C E2E order fulfillment flow.
- Experience in Oracle Telecom PIP - AABC agent/customer billing, care operations flow(s), and Collections.
- Execution and delivery for Pay Monthly Bill Runs
- Experience in End to End Reconciliations and Data Accuracy across systems

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Should be responsible for user requirement gathering and analysis on Oracle BRM/BIP Platforms.
- Should be responsible for technical documentation based on user requirements.
- Should be responsible for providing BRM/BIP system upgrade plans to respective business owners.
- Should be responsible for coding & debugging PCM & PIN Macros, libraries related to BRM Policy & Custom APIs, and their maintenance.
- Should be able to configure and maintain templates in BI Publisher.
- Should possess strong C, and C++ programming skills and working experience in UNIX, Perl/Shell scripting, Oracle SQL, PL/ SQL, and Linux environments.
- Should be able to configure, document, and maintain Pipeline Batch Rating, Billing, Invoicing, iScripts, REL (rated event loader) & Bill Cycle Management.
- Should possess and have very good communication & presentation skills.
- Should be able to handle pressure and work under challenging situations.
