Hours of work : Sunday night to Friday night 8:00pm - 4.30am.

salary is based on Experience

Cut and fillet different types of fish accurately and efficiently.
scaling and trimming fish, and processing these seafood products.
Pay rate $30/hr

Main responsibilities:

- Cut and prepare fish as directed e.g. scaling, skinning, gutting and filleting
- Ensure maximum yield from the product minimising waste
- Inspect the quality of the product
- Weigh, package and label products in line with specifications
- Clean and maintain tools when not in use
- Working in fast paced environment handling Knifes and filleting fish, processing
- Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

- Morning shift
