Join our team as a Bread Baker at New World Paremata

We're looking for a passionate and motivated foodie who has baking, kitchen, café, food truck or similar experience and wants to learn the art of bread baking in our bakery department.

**About the role**:

- Scratch baking our fresh bread daily with flair and the highest quality.
- Assist with developing our range to cater to our customers’ preferences.
- Assist with production planning and process development to optimize production.
- Keep the bakery area clean, organized, and sanitized according to company policies.

The hours of this role are Tuesday 05:00-14:00, Wednesday 05:00-14:00, Thursday 05:00-14:00, Friday 04:00-14:00 and Saturday 04:00-14:00

**What we’re looking for**:

- Some experience in commercial food production, a willingness to learn and passion for baking.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
