Hilton Auckland's Front Office Department is seeking a Night Auditor to become a part of our exceptional team. As the initial point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming and assisting them throughout their stay. You play a crucial role in maintaining seamless overnight operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and upholding the safety and security of the property.

**What will I be doing?**

As Night Auditor, you will maintain the professional standards of the hotel by managing check-in and check-outs, reporting anomalies, and assist the Night Manager as requested.

You must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Carry out OnQ Night Audit procedures on a nightly basis.
- Welcoming our late arrival guests and farewelling our early departures.
- Ensure punctuality, grooming and hygiene is at the highest level and of professionalbusiness standards.
- Maintain and demonstrate a high level of product knowledge of the hotel, hotel facilities and the local area and to know what is happening in the hotel on a daily basis, to be ready to give accurate and useful information to all enquiries.
- Deal with guests' complaints and ensure prompt satisfaction to the guest. Refer to Night Manager as necessary.

Night Auditors serving Hilton brands are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

- To maintain a high customer service focus by approaching your job with the customers always in mind.
- To have a positive impact, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicating with both customers and colleagues.
- Previous Hotel Front Office experience
- Flexible in availability; work from 11:00pm to 7:00am - during weekdays, weekends and public holidays
- Excellent grooming standards

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

- Previous experience in different hotel outlets
- Previous experience with ONQ system
- In possession of LCQ and/or a Managers certificate
