**Your new role**

If you are an experienced surfacing professional and have a proven track record of managing a team, then look no further
- Ability to work alongside the Foreman, on order to discuss the requirements and expectations for the following day.
- Able to bring a coaching ability to the team, enabling your team to succeed in their professional growth.
- Able to visit sites, days prior to commencement of work to review and report back to Operations Manager.
- Commit to management training

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Desire to be based in the Southern Lakes region
- Prior experience in a surfacing/roading role
- Passion to be in a leadership position
- Highly organised and motivated individual
