**Database Designer**
LEAP leads the world in the development and sale of cloud-based legal practice management software for small law firms on a software as a service (SaaS model. We employ more than 400 people, have offices in Australia, the UK and the US with more than 11,000 aw firms using our software worldwide.
LEAP will provide you with the best training, equipment, mentoring and support that we are capable of to optimize the chances of you being successful. But being successful in this role depends on you.
LEAP owns Infinitylaw New Zealand Limited, which is a new entity that has been formed and owns assets of Softdocs and Infinitylaw Legal practice management software. We employ people who can get things and will appreciate being part of an accountable, high-performance culture.
We are currently looking for a **Database Designer** to join our team. Our team creates and maintains our comprehensive library of content which are a core part of our product offering. Our content includes an extensive range of legal matter types, legal rates, legal calculators, intake forms and over 6,500 automated law firms, enabling law firms to produce matter types and legal documentation quickly and consistently. This is the perfect position for someone with a database design background who is looking to take their career in a new direction and work with the latest technology. This role will include database design for both the Infinity law and LEAP product in NZ.

**Requirements**:
**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Experience with data visualization.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the technical aspects of database design.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communications skills and possess a strong attention to detail.
- A proven commitment to deliver exceptional client service.
- The ability to strategically plan and implement processes for improving products, efficiency and client service.
- The ability to perform a wide variety of tasks with and without supervision.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as required to maintain the quality of our Legal content that form the portfolio of the Innovations team

**WHAT YOU KNOW AND HAVE DONE BEFORE JOINING US**
- Experience using legal document management software, desired but not essential.
- Experience using document automation in Microsoft Word or another software provider.
- Experience in small to medium-sized law firms, desired but not essential
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence, desired but not essential
- Experience using Salesforce, desired but not essential
