**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team in a Lead Maintenance role. This is a**_ _**full time**_ _**position working Monday to Friday 0800 - 1630.

In this role you will:

- Lead a multi-disciplinary team to provide the village with efficient and effective maintenance services, ensuring that facilities and grounds are fit for purpose and provide a safe environment for all
- Complete the planned preventative maintenance and refurbishment programme by working with the Ryman Property team and Facilities Manager
- Be a health & safety champion by ensuring that all health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to by staff and contractors, always providing a safe environment for residents, staff and visitors
- Form strong relationships and work closely with and support your team and colleagues

**About You**

To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:

- Previous experience in a lead Maintenance role (trade qualifications are an advantage but not essential)
- Ability to lead a motivated and productive team and a varied contractor and supplier base
- Sound problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with experience in producing periodic maintenance and H&S reports
- A reliable, friendly and professional manner
