Ams/111 Customer Experience Agent- Night Shift

**Spark is on the lookout for the right people **to join our energetic and enthusiastic team in our **AMS/111 Contact Centre **covering** **our overnight shift.

**Your normal working hours would involve starting from either 10:30pm or 11:00pm and finishing 7:00am or 7:30am the following morning on a rotational roster.**

Do you have the ability to remain calm and display empathy to our customers facing stressful situations?

You'll enjoy the benefits of working in a close knit environment giving you exposure to fault and incident reporting, and being the first point of contact for the public in an emergency situation.

Christchurch based, you'll report to the 111/AMS Team Leader.
