**About the Role**

In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for Dynamics 365 NAV/Business Central within our clients’ high-performing team. Your responsibilities will include leveraging your robust technical and functional knowledge to contribute to both pre-sales and delivery processes. Collaborating closely with the Practice Lead, you’ll take direct accountability for team pastoral care while ensuring the team achieves outstanding outcomes for our clients’ partner organizations. Your role involves people leadership, including mentoring and supporting team growth paths and progression.

**Day to Day Responsibilities**
- Utilize expert knowledge in Dynamics 365 NAV/BC for pre-sales and delivery support.
- Collaborate with the Practice Lead to ensure team pastoral care and successful client outcomes.
- Provide people leadership, mentoring, and support for team growth.
- Foster a high-performance culture within the team.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and outcomes.

**Skills & Experience Required**
- Broad and deep knowledge of all NAV/Business Central modules
- Experience configuring, developing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central software and components in all functional areas
- Expert experience assisting with the pre-sales process
- Prior experience leading and managing a team of consultants
- Solid C/AL and AL skills and experience with automated testing
- Comprehensive understanding of the full SDLC required
