**The role**

**Responsibilities**

- Supporting the wider team with general administration duties when required
- Answering all incoming calls and taking messages
- Ensuring that all office areas are clean and tidy

**Role requirements**
As a receptionist you are the first point of contact for clients and visitors. You will need to have the following:

- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

You will also need to be:

- Well-presented, reliable and enthusiastic
- Organised, efficient and proactive
