**About** the opportunity**

We are looking for a USDA Co-Ordinator to join our NZ export team based in Nelson.

The purpose of this role is to Co-ordinate inventory sampling of shipments to North America throughout the export packing season ensuring stock is compliant and available to ship on a weekly basis.

Key responsibilities include;
- Liaise with the wider team to schedule and coordinate block building, sampling & inspection process
- Co-ordinate and maintain all documentation related to the USDA preclearance
- Identify any missing stock & follow processes to locate the missing stock
- Product sampling

**Abo**ut you**
- Computer literate, Must be confident using MS office and Excel
- Experience working in a warehouse, Ideally in Inventory Supervision
- Leadership experience
- USDA compliance experience is desirable but not essential
- Horticulture and Quality control experience is desirable but not essential
