NZCare and Geneva Community Living have come together to form NZCommunity Living, an organisation dedicated to supporting disabled people in New Zealand. Our Disability Support Services reflect our belief that all people deserve to live fully, have equal opportunities, and achieve their ambitions.

You will be part of a team who will provide a safe environment where people can develop confidence and new skills, build friendships with peers and interact with others in the community. Our teams are our greatest asset and we are committed to employing and training the best people. NZCommunity are looking for energetic and motivated people to support people in our residential services. This is a casual role based in our residential services in Hamilton.

**What does a Support Worker do?**

This is a busy and diverse role, supporting people with various aspects of daily life and to do the things they want to do such as going swimming, personal cares, support with meals, household management tasks and teaching life skills. - the list is endless Support Workers are part of a team who work shifts or specific rosters providing 24/7 support with the potential of additional sleepover payments included in some rosters.

- Flexibility to work am, pm and wakeover shifts across a roster, including weekends
