First AML, is a New Zealand tech start up that equips organisations with a verification platform that is fast, frictionless and secure. With 500 customers across our SaaS and Outsourced Service - our focus is to verify entities as quickly as possible whilst delivering the best customer experience.

Our product solves our customers’ due diligence problems so they can stay focussed on running their business.

**Our AML Specialist Role**:
You'll be responsible for managing a customer portfolio based across New Zealand and Australia completing their end to end CDD requirements as quickly as possible.
- As the first point of contact for our customers and their clients - we'll be looking at you to provide an exceptional and efficient experience every time
- You’ll welcome and onboard all of your customers to First AML
- You will complete the end to end CDD (customer verification and due diligence process) process ensuring compliance with the legislation
- Care daily for your individual caseload to ensure it progresses through the platform efficiently
- Explain processes in easy terms to your customers and answer their queries

- Worked in customer service, retail, hospitality or financial services
- Your personality allows you to form outstanding relationships with customers
- Your confident in picking up the phone and making at least 10 calls a day to customers
- Plus - working in a tech start up is at the top of your priority list
