Utilities Manager

**The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Utilities Manager to join our team based in Dunsandel. You will use your previous skills and experience to lead a team and work on their development to help drive success. This role involves collaborating closely with business units and stakeholders, identifying key risks and opportunities to optimise production.

The main responsibilities of this role include
- Ensuring safety of the Utilities Operation
- Leadership of a high performance team of Operators working 24/7
- Asset integrity and legislative compliance of the Utility systems
- Supply utilities such as 40Bar steam, Water and Waste Water, Packing Gasses, Electricity (11KV), Chilled Water and other utilities.
- Planning of maintenance of Utilities systems
- Optimisation of the efficient operation of the Utility Systems

**Skills and Experience**

To be considered for this role will require

If you are an experienced Manager with a strong Utilities background then we want to hear from you
- Computer & CMMS experience
- Experience monitoring & fault finding of process control systems
- Experience in food manufacturing environment
- Reactive/diagnostics engineering skills
- Proven ability in general engineering & maintenance
- NZ ENCHEM Level 5 - desirable (Level 4 minimum) but training will be given
- NZ Trade Certs or equivalent
