IT Technician

As an IT Technician, you will play a critical role in our company's digital operations and technical support. You will be responsible for developing, operating, and maintaining the company's website using programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks like Vue or React to ensure the website's efficiency and user-friendliness. In addition, you will be involved in establishing and optimizing product displays, regularly updating product information to support the operation of our online shopping system. You will also handle database management and hardware maintenance. Here are your primary responsibilities:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Website Development and Maintenance**:Use programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks like Vue or React to develop, update, and maintain the company's website. Ensure the website runs smoothly, optimize its performance, and enhance the user experience.

**2. Product Information Management**: Keep product information up to date to ensure accurate product displays. Assist in building a product database, optimize data structures to support inventory and product information management.

**3. Online Shopping System Operation**:Ensure the smooth operation of the online shopping system, including order processing, payment integration, and refunds. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

**4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**: Improve the website's search engine ranking by optimizing content and structure, increasing traffic, and visibility.

**5. Database Management**: Establish and maintain a product database to ensure data consistency and availability. Use SQL and other database management tools to optimize data structures, providing data support for the company's warehouse.

**6. Technical Support**:Provide technical support for the company's software systems, such as Xero, to ensure the smooth operation of internal systems. Simultaneously, maintain and repair hardware devices such as printers, routers, and other office equipment.

**7. Hardware Maintenance**: Regularly maintain and repair the company's hardware devices, including printers, routers, and other office equipment. Ensure the devices operate effectively to support daily business operations.

**8. Security and Privacy Protection**:Ensure the security of the website and database by implementing measures to prevent data breaches and unauthorized access.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other frontend development languages.
- Experience with frontend frameworks like Vue or React.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management and optimization.
- Experience in website development and maintenance with knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams to provide technical support.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
- High attention to data security and privacy protection.
- Familiarity with common office software such as Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
