Your responsibilities:

- Lay out the equipment in racks, set up scaffolders.
- Cover floors, furniture and surrounding surfaces.
- Prepare surfaces for painting using cleaning agents, sanding, sandblasting and grinding, removing old paint and wallpaper, filling holes and cracks.
- Assist painters to mix and match paint to the correct required colours.
- Clean equipment and work areas
- Check stock of paints, additives, brushes, rollers and tarps and report to supervisors.
- Removing and reinstalling fixtures as necessary
- Observe Health and safety regulations and report to Employer.

**Requirements**:

- Great attention to details
- Good understanding of colour
- Great interest in becoming a painter
- We guarantee 30-40 hours / week with wage range between $26.99 and $32/hour depending on your experience.
