Duty Manager

We are looking for Duty Managers for our store (Domino's Pizza) in Belmont, Auckland who shall perform the below mentioned tasks:

- Perform day to day duties at the store as directed by the Store Manager.
- Take full responsibility of shift in terms of store operations, management of the team, production, and quality standards to ensure the smooth running of the business.
- Assisting the store manager in maintaining proper coverage and team member schedules.
- Focus on sales to ensure that the business runs smoothly and performs at required company standards.
- Manage overall operations, cost controls, health and safety and driving profitability during every shift.
- Record financial transactions and reconcile it at the end of each day including the cash payments.
- Maintain inventory and stock levels. Order products as required ensuring that stock is available at all times.
- Ensuring the standards of quality, hygiene, customer service are met at all times
- Help with training the team members and allotting duties to them for daily functioning.
- Dealing with customer complaints in a collaborative manner and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage order deliveries as and when required.
- Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

You will be required to work for **minimum of 30 hours per week**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
