As a **C++ Software Engineer** you will play an important role in developing code that aligns with product and customer requirements. Your responsibilities would include:

- Hands-on development with the **emphasis on C++ and embedded Linux**:

- Collaborating with clients and domain experts
- **Solving problems** and address scope challenges

To excel in this position, you should have:

- Experience with **Android or Angular **would be a **bonus**:

- Competence in both Linux, embedded Linux and Windows OS development
- Familiarity with **C++** **unit testing** and broader test automation.
- Exposure to **Agile** development practices

Based in Christchurch, this is a **1 year fixed term contract**, with a salary of **$120K (negotiable)**. You will also have access to:

- **Free parking** and secure covered bike sheds.
- Access to an **onsite gym** and shower facilities.
- An active social club

**Job Types**: Full-time, Subcontract

**Salary**: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour
