Great opportunity for a Labourer Operator to join our Civil team in Wellington and work on various civil projects.

We are looking for someone wants to work hard for the team and who wants to develop their skills. HEB is committed to training and developing its people so if you're wanting to go places, we offer top rates and good benefits.

**THE ROLE**:

- Work on a variety of civil construction projects
- Operate WTR equipment
- Other duties specific to civil construction and drainage
- Permanent full time job - minimum 40 hours guaranteed
- Work from Monday to Friday (Saturday from time to time)
- $25-35 per hour plus overtime based on skills and experience

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Experience in Civil Construction
- Full, clean Class 1 license + WTR
- Willingness to put in a hard day's work
- A desire to keep yourself and others safe in the workplace
- SiteSafe or Construct Safe certificate (or ability to obtain it)

You're passionate about what you do and genuinely take pride in a job well. This is a physical role, so you need to be fit and well to carry out your duties. We are contracted to work all over the Waikato region, so you will need to be open to travel within the area. We offer a guaranteed 40 hours working week, and a competitive hourly rate.

You're big on health & safety in the workplace, dedicated to working safe and going home safe - and you expect the same of your work mates.
