**1M** is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our team. As an Account Coordinator, you will provide team coordination and administrative support to the Account Manager. You will also be responsible for coordinating technicians to complete daily, weekly, monthly scheduled and service work.

**full-time position** of 42.5 hours/week based in
**Penrose**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prioritising daily/weekly workload for self and for technicians
- Processing planned preventative maintenance
- Invoicing for all completed work
- Managing client asset register
- Ensuring that timesheets and service reports are received and correct

**Key Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external colleagues
- Experience in invoicing and administrative tasks
- Experience in workflow management and prioritization
- Familiarity with client asset management and service reports
