Our client is looking for an experienced Legal Counsel professional to join their small in-house legal team to provide professional legal advice to the business. This could include contracting, risk management, property, and intellectual property management to name a few areas. Ideally you will bring with you at least 5 years’ experience have a New Zealand practising certificate and be looking to work for a commercial entity. This is a truly unique opportunity to provide a positive impact in the community, this type of role does not come up often

**To be successful in this role, your skills and experience will include**:

- Bachelor of Laws.
- Current practising certificate or eligibility for the same.
- A pragmatic and collaborative approach to managing risk.
- Contract/commercial expertise.
- Confidence in engaging with a diverse workforce.
