This is a Full Time - 9 Months Fixed Term role to support our Utilities & Roading Unit, with a particular focus on assisting the Roading Team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide efficient and effective administrative support, ensuring high standards of customer service
- Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders and foster positive relationships
- Demonstrate our Tā mātou mauri values in all interactions and tasks
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation, including minute taking - using technology to enhance efficiency
- An ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

About You:
To thrive in this role, it would be preferable you have 2 to 3 years experience in a similar administrative position. You should be someone who enjoys collaborating with others in an open-plan office and is willing to go the extra mile.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential, particularly regarding accuracy and efficiency in processes
- Open to learning and not afraid to ask questions along the way to understand
- Exceptional customer service skills, a proactive approach, and a "can-do" attitude are a must
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required, particularly advanced skills in Word and Outlook, with basic Excel knowledge
- It would be advantageous if you have had some experience in managing diaries and calendars
