We are looking for part time and casual Support Workers to support our people on Weekends in our Nelson residential disability support services. This will suit people who are looking for flexibility and more regular longer shifts in one place.

**What's the role about?**

As a Support Worker You can be part of our team to enable people with a disability to live a life of choice, freedom and independence. Support workers are part of a team who work shifts or specific rosters providing 24/7 cover with responsibilities including aiding with personal care, community outings and integration, and other aspects of daily living - enabling our people to be as independent as possible.

**We're looking for people with the following skills**:

- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not essential as adequate training is provided.
- Availability to work night shifts and weekends are essential.
- Full drivers' license and owning your own vehicle is essential.
