Saw Doctor Tradesperson

We are currently on the search for a saw doctor tradesman to become a key member of a small and close team

**The Role**

You will be responsible for ensuring that all saws and knives are sharpened, repaired, and finished to a high quality in accordance with shop specifications to guarantee reliability and availability of the saws in the sawmill.
- Level 4 trade qualification in saw doctoring
- Certificate in solid wood manufacturing preferred
- Minimum 2 years tradesman experience preferred
- Strong focus on Saw Doctoring techniques
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan and organise
- Sound judgement
- Strong work ethic
- Strong health and safety focus
