**The Role**

The Spa Receptionist welcomes guests in a warm and professional manner and is responsible for providing the wow factor to ensure the service is seamless. As the first point of contact for our guests, we are looking for someone friendly and approachable who can be our Millbrook brand ambassador. The spa has seven spacious treatment rooms, and our team of spa experts deliver outstanding bespoke and tailored treatments. We focus on being a part of a collaborative team, delivering consistent five-star service. We create special memories that our guests will never forget, and this could be the next step in your spa and well-being career.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive, professional and can do attitude
- High level of attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
- Calm under pressure and ability to prioritise tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to work on own initiative, as well as work as an effective team player

- Flexible attitude to hours of work, including weekends and public holidays
