Description

Our company is based in West Auckland, and we are looking for 3 Furniture Movers to join our team. You will be working with a friendly and supportive team.

Duties Include:

- Loading and unloading furniture items
- Transferring loads using moving equipment
- Providing assistance in tying and securing the loads
- Assembling or placing items as needed
- Opening and closing hatches and securing furniture to prevent shifting during transit
- Interacting with customers professionally
- labelling goods with delivery details and destinations
- Assisting truck drivers into loading bays and through confined spaces
- Undertake clerical functions to record and check furniture on arrival, storage, and despatch

**Requirements**:

- Relevant work experience preferred but not mandatory
- Be physically strong and able to lift weight
- Be hardworking, punctual, and reliable
- Have good communication skills

We can offer:

- Minimum 40 hours of work per week
- Permanent employment
- $29.70 per hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $29.70 - $30.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
