Our store located in **Thame**s** is looking for an enthusiastic **Keyholder** to join their team on a **fixed term** basis to work the following hours*:

- ** Tuesday: 10am - 17:15pm**:

- ** Wednesday: 8:45am - 17:00pm**:

- ** Thursday: 8:45am - 17:00pm**:

- ** Saturday: 8:45am - 16:15pm**
- _Flexibility is a must as hours may vary to cover weekends, late nights, public and school holidays._

To be successful you need:

- Drive to achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs
- A proven track record for delivering outstanding customer service
- Desire to lead a team
- An engaging style and the right retail attitude
- A passion for fashion and a keen eye for merchandising
- Confidence to lead a team to success as well as be a contributing member of the sales team
- A 'can-do' attitude and initiative
